About me
As a coach I create an empowering and inspiring environment - with empathy, creativity and a bit of humor - in which you can develop your full potential. I am particularly passionate about supporting artists and cultural professionals, as I myself experienced the difficulties and extraordinary challenges that this professional field entails.
After studying classical singing, I spent almost 10 years on stage as a professional chorus singer in many opera and operetta productions. Although I enjoyed it, the feeling that had originally motivated me to turn my hobby into a career, the light-heartedness, the feeling of flow when singing, rarely returned. I dared to start a new career and worked in artist management at a renowned agency. Parallel to my professional activity, I continued my education and discovered my passion for personal growth and development. My training as a psychological and systemic coach with the „VFTC - Verbund freier Trainer und Coaches (Association of Independent Trainers and Coaches) showed me my own strengths and weaknesses and gave me the tools to help others develop their potential, (re)discover strengths, remove mental barriers and create a balance in the various areas of life.
My life path so far has been anything but straightforward or planned and I have often felt despair and frustration. Thankfully, I was able to experience that there is no shame in seeking professional help in times of crisis, that our perception has a decisive influence on our being and that we have many more skills than we realize.
It fulfills me to accompany people on their journeys and, in collaboration with them, to uncover unexpected treasures of their personality, to enable growth and to make their own inner voice audible.
